Wow.. a 3lb loss this week! I am loving it!! I have been 215 since December 15! Holidays were rough at least I maintained! But all my hard work and dedcation since last week has paid off!! I said I wanted to get to 212lb by next Thursday and I did! :) Just a little excited, can you tell?

So next goal!!! By February 14th I do not want to see the scale start with the number 2!!! That gives me almost 5 weeks to lose 12 lbs. Can I do it? I think I have finally found my motivation to go to the gym!! I am eating so well, but I can't reduce my calories by anymore, that just wouldn't be good. So now I got to go burn off my breakfast with some cardio!! AND I am going to start this weekend, it is not going to kill me, I can be physically active.

Time to stop avoiding the exercise. It has got to become a part of my lifestyle and my routine. I think now that I have really add the activity. I am only 1.8lbs away from losing 10% of my body weight. I can't wait to also accomplish that goal by next week. I can already feel changes.

I have more energy, my attitude towards life is just blossoming, my pants OMG, they are about to fall off. I just feel all around healthier, but better food into my body everyday.

My biggest fear, I have been here before, to this wonderful place, where everything is starting to feel reall good... AND then I gain it all back. I am really putting out the positive energy this time so that I maintain these changes. I am going to come back and read this journal entry, every day if I have too! To remember how good this feels and that I don't want to go back to being a couch potato, stuffing my face with snacks and treats and bad foods!! This feeling I have right now, I have to remind myself just how good it is, how important it is to me to succeed.

Yay! Glad you are moving! I seem to be at a plateau myself. But I know if I keep on...eventually it will start dropping again.

OMG Curly, that's GREAT! As for not losing momentum, we all do occasionally. What you want to do is keep all this enthusiasm going. You CAN reach onederland by the date you have set. Moving, at this point, is the best way to do it. But, if you find yourself losing interest at some point, just don't leave this site. You may be at a plateau or stalemate at some point in the future, but being here with the tools and your friends will keep you aware. This can be a continuous trip down with maintenance at the end, not the old trip up. Hugs Curly. I KNOW you will succeed!!!
