I started the South Beach diet on Jan 1. I started at 152.5 lbs and today I weigh 147. I have added the Power90 exercise program with the diet so my hope is that I will reach my goal weight faster.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
