Still doing South Beach. I have cravings for bread but afraid to eat it in fear of a stomach ache and bloating. I had sugar in my coffee yesterday flowed by slight boating. Pooped and peed more. I am going to go back to drinking green tea and more water. I feel good even if the scale only says I have lost 3 lbs. I like having the sugar free chocolate around to help the cravings. I would like to go back to having juice in the morning. I am going to join WW again this weekend. I am excited about my new body.
