1599 kcal Fat: 88.62g | Prot: 137.37g | Carb: 74.48g.   Breakfast: Mascarpone Cheese, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), mozzarella, Sugar Free Rasberry Jam with fiber, Real eggs (white) Kirkland, smart and delicious high fiber tortillas. Lunch: Cooked Spinach (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Mozzarella, egg, onion, Mushroom Pieces and Stems, real egg, flax. Dinner: chicken tenderloin Kirkland, coconut oil, salad greens, coconut flour, olive oil, green beans. Snacks/Other: egg, water, Select Low Carb Vanilla Ice cream, real egg, Mushroom Pieces and Stems, flax, onion, Mozzarella, Cooked Spinach (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking). more...
