Down a good amount again this morning...I am pleased :-)
239.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

For all you Atkinsers out there - I tried a recipe for jalapeno poppers (I think that was the name) from Linda's low carb website, and ohhhhhh....YUM!!! They're just large jalapenos, filled with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon - I put a tiny but of shredded cheddar on top of mine. You bake them at 375 for 25 minutes, and they are sooooo good!. i was glad I made more than I needed, because i couldn't keep my family away from them! Mt husband even commented "THIS is DIET food?!?!?" lol. He was dubious - siad we'd see in the morning, but I'll be happt to tell him I was down another pound and a half this morning. Yee-ha!!
