Indicated reasonably well because we had dinner at Jake's due to a shire meeting and I had their Chicken Chef salad. Not sure how the chicken was prepared but it was breast. Also salad was loaded with cheese and while I didn't eat it all but I did eat some. I always have to grin when I see what ingredients some restaurants consider to be part of a chef salad.
This one included three canned pineapple rings and a huge handful of nasty tasting pickles along with tomatoes, boiled eggs, swiss and cheddar cheese, chicken breast and pepperoncini peppers and a combo of iceburg and romaine lettuce. Dumped the pickles, pineapple and egg yolks onto a small plate and then enjoyed the rest with some red wine vinegar (very potent) and lemon juice.
