Followed w/w most days. Stayed pretty much within my pts. Went to dinner 2X this week and that is pretty hard. I eat later, drink wine and then I eat things I probably shouldn't. Its ok I walked a total of 9.5 miles this week, that's better than last week which was 7.5. Went to Curves 3X. Thursday night is going to be a big challenge. Going out to dinner again. But, I am happy with .5 pounds. Since I weigh at home it might even be a loss of little more than that because my scale only will weigh in increments of .5, and it keeps on fluctuating from 136 to 135.5.
