I have gained 11 lbs since injuring my back in August. I keep slowly trending upward. I have not played tennis in months and my rides and workouts are sporadic. I want to participate in the Warrior dash in September and need to return to my old form. I'm eating rubbish and must stop.

BMI of 30.1 which is considered moderately obese which I find repulsive.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
