I am so excited! Last weigh in was a two pound loss and so was this one. My scale ast weigh in was 183 which would be 181 but with doc weigh in the last was 181 and with this 2lbs it is 179. I am going to get a new scale soon and start from where ever cause this may get confusing down the road! LOL
179.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
