wasn't going to weigh this morning but i had to go to work so I weighed in. lost almost 4 pounds yea me:)
213.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice job!! Are you able to log everything that you eat on the Food Diary? I would say that that is one of the most helpful things that I've been doing for the past few months. Keep workin!! :)
