No success yesterday I actually gained a smidget of a lbs. I knew it was going to happen I ate way many calories. Today I will be more focused on my calorie intake. It's a good thing there aren't really any sweets left in the house.
135.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
