Actually started Atkins almost 3 weeks ago. Wed. will be 3 weeks. I started at 167 lbs and now am 156 lbs. Saw this web site over and over on the Atkins site and thought I would give it a try.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 08 February 2010:
