Down another half pound this morning. This is very good. If only I still weren't so weak! BMI is now 24.7. Just eight pounds to go. Amazing. I'm in the final stretch.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 165.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would think the weakness is to be expected, all things considered. So just keep working on keeping up w/ your nutrition and you will start to feel stronger day by day! GREAT JOB on everything you've done so far! 165lbs gone forever! WHOOOOO HOOOO!

So close congratulations....how far you have come is incredible. I hope you start getting your strength back soon. Can you imagine how you would have felt if you had another 165lbs to deal with...wow

Sorry you still feel so weak, you were very ill and have had surgery so I expect the process to be slow in that regard. Congrats on still losing weight though - a lot of people who were convalescing would use that as an excuse to overeat. You are to be commended. You are an author, I believe, are you continuing to write during this 'down time'? Do you do some stuff for work ie emails, phone calls etc even if you can't go to work? I would imagine you must feel quite frustrated but perhaps being under the weather is keeping you from caring much about work. I do hope you feel better soon, you have been unwell for some time now. Sending you positive vibes through the cyberwaves! XO

It will take time for you to feel like you did earlier...but your getting there..so impressed you have lost 165 of those pounds that was making you feel bad..I loved the pic of you on the Birthday Group..you look so young..Have a terrific day buddy...:O)..{{{HUGS}}}

I'm currently on sick leave from work until March. I'm fortunate to be in a position where my contract permits it. I'm a college professor/university lecturer. It is frustrating, but the only kind of work I can do is purely sedentary. I'm doing some, very little, but it is keeping my mind occupied.

Fledgist.... You are doing so well now..... Can you imagine how much better you are going to do, as you get less sedentary wow.... you will be as thin as a bean pole LOL
