I was doing great for a long time. Fell off the wagon after my son graduated in May, was lazy and ate what ever I wanted this entire summer into the fall. Now I feel stuffed. I'm back to get myself together!!
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It is so easy to fall off the wagon and just say F it lol. Behavior change is a lifelong process. It will always be two steps forward one step back. Don't give up!

Thank you. Glad to be back. Uncle. My son is finishing his first semester in college. I did a ton of repairs /renovations on my home this year. 2016 was a productive year but my fitness and diet plans were on the back burner. Things that don't get tracked don't get managed in my world. I'm going to start tracking good, bad, ugly and indifferent starting tomorrow. I won't even decide what diet to follow right away. I'll just start tracking what goes into my mouth daily. Here's some good news, I'm literally tired of eating out at all of my old favorite lunch spots! LOL Time to start cooking again! :-)
