I wasn't going to record my weigh in this morning but I decided it would be good for me to "face the music" and put it out there. I will use this as a learning experience and not let it get me down.

I went to 6am cycling class...I feel good! After a weekend of battling a cold and general malaise - I really appreciate feeling well and rested.
152.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Glad you are feeling better. It is just a slight gain - could just be water gain from not being active and a little indulgence. It will come off quickly!!!! Good for you to record it anyway. That is what usually gets me in trouble - that all or nothing attitude. Live in the moment!
