Okay, I can do this! I've been so far off the track, I couldn't even see the track. Got to get it under control...and to do that, I have to get these cravings back under control. Today I'm going to play it pretty straight...go back to what I know worked for me and didn't trigger hunger issues. I've gained almost 7 lbs in just a few weeks. I've got a problem with that...it's got to go!
191.8 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.2 lb a week

Thanks! So far, so good today. I'm on target for about 1500 calories today. Been a little hungry, but nothing I couldn't handle. I'm sure the 7 lb gain is probably a little high...expecting I can lose a lot of that over the next few days just by keeping sodium levels normal and drinking a lot of water.
