Okay, I can do this! I've been so far off the track, I couldn't even see the track. Got to get it under control...and to do that, I have to get these cravings back under control. Today I'm going to play it pretty straight...go back to what I know worked for me and didn't trigger hunger issues. I've gained almost 7 lbs in just a few weeks. I've got a problem with that...it's got to go!
