A few thoughts:
1. I'm about to get my pd so think water weights are prob funky in my body
2. I think I ate pretty well in the last week, but did have pizza Fri (non vegan, had cheese on it) and had my vegan chocolate bar last week. Hmm then drank fri/sat/sun so THAT could have something to do with it! Not to mention eating at Eataly with Joe, def not vegan (had cheese and hopefully not butter). Oh and had a few bites of little coookies dunked in milk when out with Steve Sun night, so I can see how this is adding up. I made it to the gym 2x last week with a jog Saturday but didn't push myself as hard as I prob could.

3. my scale might be broken - it's doing the funky error thing and I just don't trust it. BUT, it could be right. I'm basing this on how I look/clothes fit which hasn't changed much recently.

It's a new week! I made it to gym last night and plan on going everynight this week cept Friday (Grace's bday). Just hope I don't overdo it, I feel like I may have pulled something in my back last night (I power walked with 1 lb weights for a little but that's it)

Goal this week: Eat more GREENS! It might mean 5 trips to the store per week since our fridge is tiny, but so beit.
151.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
