I am definitely feeling thinner, but my weight does not consistently show it. I started at 108 and now I am at 104.2. I am hoping to show some weight loss again next week.
104.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
