I wish I had lost more but can't complain given all the stress from this week. I stuck to my diet pretty well but just didn't have the energy to work out as much. Next week should be better. I'll try to keep up with my diet this weekend seeing as I have 2 parties to attend.
*Scratch that, I can't do math. 2.5 pounds is awesome for a week.

Brooke, you did an awesome job! You really don't want to lose more then 2 pounds a week because it is said they may not stay off. You are doing most excellent!! I am so happy that you found the tools and are using them as it is the consistency that will get you to your goal!
