I love the weekends. Boyfriend is coming to town and he likes to cook and feed me. Staying focussed! I did my first hypopressive exercises. I'm very excited to change up my exercise plan. I need to buy some weights, and I'm going to start adding in hiking again! I'm keeping up the hot yoga, I truly think its the one thing that has kept me from gaining another 10 pounds.

139.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
