Today is the beginnning of the 21 day Church Fast. i did not complete this last time but im praying for strength to go all the way this time. Its not just about food but discipline and self control and food is just 1 of the areas i need it in. I have been an emotional eater and I had a rough year last year and it shows. But im determined to overcome and I know with God all things are possible.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
