Snowing here. Body wants more calories. I say no.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ice water to burn calories, hot beverages like water or tea or black coffee to keep you feeling full...

You can keep the snow there if you don't mind! I am not a fan of winter, they don't make coats heavy enough to keep me warm!
