I remember now. I always need a plan. New plan? 16:8 basic. Carb back load. Sunday... half-fast Sunday (say it carefully). Nothing until 6 PM, then one meal. Oh yeah. And log everything! *sigh*
199.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 November 2016:
1651 kcal Fat: 72.53g | Prot: 173.58g | Carb: 75.75g.   Lunch: Bananas, Ground Beef (Cooked), Fried Egg. Dinner: Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Driscoll's Raspberries, LeanFit Whey Protein Shake - Vanilla, 2% Fat Milk. more...

I think a lot of us are feeling burnout...Have a great day buddy and yes, we all need a plan...I'm planning on running away...Ha..only kidding!
