Good walks this week. didn't keep track of food well. Next week will be a test.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2259 kcal Fat: 99.32g | Prot: 110.83g | Carb: 194.30g.   Breakfast: Egg, Sour Dough Bread, Mashed Potato (from Fresh), 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Honey Ham, Sourdough Rolls, Light Mayonnaise. Dinner: simply inspired harvest supreme Pizza (Freschetta). Snacks/Other: Beef Jerky, Winter Lager, Baked Cheeze-It Snacks. more...
