I'm not sure how I managed this. I ate out Friday and Sunday...and had cheesecake. Maybe it was the weekend stress. I didn't eat much other than those two meals.
174.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
