I quit smoking a couple weeks ago, and I've been eating junk and drinking beer. I also sort of just gave myself permission to maintain around 130 for the past month, and now I've decided I'd like to get back on the wagon down to 120-125.
I successfully ate a healthy breakfast this morning, so that should help kick-start things. It's hard not being able to bike in the cold this winter, but it's been getting warm around here lately which is weird. I might be able to bike again soon.
