I am doing approximately 1500 calories a day but I am HUNGRY all of the time. I do not plan on lowering my calories below that for now nor do I plan on working out as an injury would set me back.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

maybe the proplem in what r u eaten u know .. maybe u don`t eat fiber or protines enough !
