DAY 1 - DETERMINATION Remember yesterday when I said I would do something about the 609 calories I overdid the day before. Well, I did something with them this morning. I did 609 ab exercises. Took me about 25 minutes. I don't feel them yet, but figure by lunchtime I may not be able to bend over. LOL.
Planning how Allen and I can do a trip to Yellowstone National Park in June. Due to the sheer excitement, my tummy is NOT happy. It's nerves...the good kind!
Well, another day is here. It's a new start! Let's go!!!
