Well, I'm quite impressed by a small drop over Christmas. I have not really been doing much, but I am returning to my no alcohol during the week routine and have now started to use my new Wii every day. An hour of that and sensible calorie intake and I believe I can keep losing slowly, still 80kg is my target and thats what I'm going for...
184.3 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
