Grateful for the loss this week. I have stayed on plan but that doesn't always reflect in a loss. I still fail at exercise, guess I need someone with a cattle prod to get me moving. Looking forward to an awesome week filled with good choices and lots of fellowship with my FS buddies. I hope you all have the same!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 93.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow 2 pounds is awesome! Maybe start with something simple and free - walking! Is your street somewhere you can walk after work? Start with a doable goal - 2 times per week around the loop. Drag someone with you! :)
