Thank you. It is discouraging, but I knew that I would pay for a couple indiscretions yesterday. Between a biscuit and a veggie flatbread, I am not surprised. I feel crappy physically and fell asleep early last night due to the inevitable carb crash. Today is a new day and I got a new car on Saturday after driving a 1999 Ford Taurus for two years. Silver linings. LOL
