28.8 body fat feeling pretty good but a little frustrated that I had insomnia until 2ish. woke up at 830 with heavy mind. so much to do today.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
