Halloween was killer...as in diet killer. I had some (not much because it made me feel bad) candy...the real stuff, not sugar free hard candy as allowed by SBD. Oh well...I'm back on the wagon today and that is what matters. Still losing weight, probably because I am more active as I start feeling better from not being as heavy as I was. I am finally to the point where I may need to buy some new clothes- pants are falling off. I still have a long way to go, but this diet works for me...and I hope for you too.
