Ok, weight yesterday was 216.2... guess I should log it daily.
214.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 74.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

886 kcal Fat: 29.37g | Prot: 54.26g | Carb: 105.77g.   Breakfast: Lynden Farms Steak Fries, Mushrooms (Drained Solids, Canned), Cooked Red Peppers (Fat Added in Cooking), Bacon, Colby Jack Cheese, Egg. Lunch: Pace Picante Medium Salsa, Black Beans (Canned), Bell Peppers, Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned), Chicken Thigh Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked). Dinner: Kraft String Cheese with 2% Milk, Green Peas (Drained Solids, Canned), Kirkland Signature Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs. Snacks/Other: Breyers Blasts! Congrats on the quick loss! Sometimes when you're on a roll you lose everyday. Just don't get discouraged when you go up a pound or stay the same for more than a week :-)

Nice loss! Yeah, don't get discouraged especially if you weigh every day - we women fluctuate so much!
