This is my Biggest Loser Challenge weigh-in, and I've had a great week, losing 2.5lbs since we started last Sunday! My target was to lose 1%, and this is actually just under 1.4%!!

I did follow the plan 100%. In addition, I've had a cup of green tea every morning and done four workouts, so maybe these extra things really did help boost my metabolism.

180.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
