Inflamed ligaments in my ankle are keeping me from the tread mill and the dance games at home. I am on steriods & anti-inflammitories that are just making me swell up. I have been exercising on the eliptic and bike machines every day. Eating well with at least 2 servings of WW garden soup daily. And my weight still went up. I am trying not to stay frustrated. I am hoping all the water flushes out of me after I get past my last prednisone dose today. I am determined to make 2012 a healthier year.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi, I'm new to this, just joined today. I was checking out the site and came across your post and thought I'd comment. I have a bad ankle which make cardio hard for me too. I use the elliptic and bikes also for basically the same reason. Hang in there...change will happen, just stick with it.
