boo! no weight change... I know I have only been doing this for a few days, but I was hoping to see at least a pound so far... maybe I need to really watch my food intake even closer. I have noticed that I have eaten a LOT of fat in the past few days. (I blame the quiche).
144.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

They tell me slow is better. You are more likely to keep it off that way. Looking at your weight weekly seems to be best. Good luck.
