Well, this is not what I wanted to see on the day I go to the doctor. For some reason I am out of ketosis this morning as well and there is no reason for it. All I can do is hope that she sees how hard I have been working on this. I am going to print out my weigh-ins showing my progress and bring it with me.

LOL...already on it! Keeping net carbs as low as I can while still remaining sane and drinking lots of water! Looks like I am PMSing as well, so that explains the bump (water). Crossing fingers that I drop back down to where I was yesterday. That would be great!
