My weight is 231.2 pounds. I did 10 sit ups and 10 low wall push-ups. Last night I did and 26 sit ups prior to bed. Was able to get about 14 hours of good sleep. I think mostly because I did quite a bit of physical activity yesterday at the flea market and I woke early yesterday morning. So the clear message to me is that I need to increase my physical expenditure and work hard on waking early in the morning and that should reset the sleep cycle. Plus it should help the shed the remaining abdominal fat that just does not want to go with Will alone.😏😊😠
231.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Thanks! I don't mind failure, as long as it is instructional, and I keep pushing towards the end goal. Im already seeing belly improvement, just from a few sets! I will continue adding core reps and variety.
