Weigh in at home was 153. Weigh in at WW was 155.6. Persistence is the name of the game. I feel like this is a lifestyle I can incorporate for the long term. Enjoying some of my favorite foods and not feeling deprived is the key. It really is all about portion control - something I have always struggled with!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!! Three pounds! Congratulations. That is wonderful for one week. 6 pounds total and only three to go. Keep your eye on the prize. Think of ten pounds less to pull up on those hills during TDK.
