Yep. My weight is definitely up. Good day to get back to work. I had a good workout and kept the eating down.
208.6 lb Lost so far: 66.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2033 kcal Fat: 111.48g | Prot: 94.34g | Carb: 177.58g.   Breakfast: Salsa, 12 Grain Specialty Bread, Fried Egg, Milk (Nonfat), Reduced Fat Mexican Style Shredded Cheese, Shedd's Spread Light Spreadable Margarine. Lunch: Light Chicken Noodle Soup, 12 Grain Specialty Bread, Smooth Peanut Butter (with Salt). Dinner: Cool Whip Whipped Topping Lite, Sweet Potato , Beef Rib Eye (Small End, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade) , Apple Pie (Two Crust), Vanilla Ice Creams. Snacks/Other: Trail Mix Fruit and Nut, Honey , Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts. more...
