I am starting on Paleo. I did lots of cooking this weekend so I'm ready to go. No flour, no sugar, no processed foods. I am trying to decide if I need to do the Autoimmune version or just regular paleo. I will start with regular but may need to move to the AIP version.
320.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 170.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I just heard some interesting info about autoimmune diseases. It all comes down to the health of your gut flora. Check into a multi strain probiotic. Going paleo is a great choice!
