no loss no gain, its ok.. I had a roller coaster week last week. Started strong then mid week I lost my momentum BUT this is a new week. No can call me a quiter that for sure ! Im up and at it again. I made a happy lunch of a huge italian salad, have my atkins breakfast bowl and my low carb snacks all set. Goal for today .. and its just one.. get my rear to the gym. I dont care if its 30 min on the treadmill. I need to make this happen. And I will one way or another. I missed my morning window bc the kid woke up late.. and me too and he needed a ride to work so my options are during lunch, which depends on traffic driving home from the office ( i work half day there half day here ) which is doable. But my better choice would be after work but the gym is always so crowded but i could do park or treadmill here.. We see how the day plays out. Have a good one everyone !

Very good plan - you will do it. I know you can...I did my Monday morning workout already and I HATE Monday workouts - I usually go on Sunday but missed yesterday so had to go today!

Hey Red, I'm just recently back, so I've been reading thru your old posts. One that caught my eye was your bent bathroom scale. I tried to weigh myself (after a 7 month hiatus) and found my scale dead. Rather than try to fix it, I'm just buying new - learning from your experience. And BTW, I'm weak on Gummies, too. Especially the cherries. Stay powerful!
