I am not going to weigh myself till Friday. I'm so discouraged. I have been so good and I'm not losing.
142.7 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

its hard to not weigh yourself each day...i know how it goes...your are doing great! keep it up, and i bet the scales will be down for sure on friday!

You can't do more than your best. Just keep at it, the scale should reflect your efforts on Friday.

Try to keep to once a week on weighing! :) You can do it, your hard work will pay off! Drink your water and keep on keepin' on! :)

STICK WITH THIS!!!! you will start seeing some changes. i promise. this is the best diet, i think especially for women. let us know what your weigh-in is. we will root for you no matter what..

I try not to weigh in more than once a week, but its really hard. Most of the time I think I'm kicking ass and it states that I've lost .1 and then when I think that I have had the worst couple of days EVER it shows a whole pound lost. Crazy weight thing. Try measuring your bust, waist and hips for those days the scale winks at you instead of smiles....sometimes the measuring tape is your friend.
