Following 100% on induction. Last week I got a new scale, so the weigh-in for last week was probably a bit low on the new scale last week and now this morning's was way up, but I only slept a few hours last night so I didn't burn much off in my sleep. But I am feeling thinner and my waist is way thinner than it was in earlier December, I can fit into jeans now that I couldn't then... So I'm having a bit of a stall but I know I'm losing the fat and that is what is important, the bad breath is there frequently enough even with the teeth flossing before bedtime and during the day, so I'm certain I'm in ketosis, and I am doing well. This time I am not getting any exercise in because right now my lower back is causing me a lot of pain so I'm not burning off any extra calories. I have a cortisone shot scheduled for February 8th, so after that I'm hoping to be better. The soles of my feet hurt a lot from the arthritis lately too. Anyway, I'm glad I'm doing Atkins if I weren't at this stage I'd be really gaining lots with the inactivity especially so this diet (i.e. lifestyle change), is the way to go!
211.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Those four pounds are probably due to a number of things. You should be back down in no time. I hope you feel better soon Glen.
