Not logging a loss or gain but Im ok with that.Nothing says Monday like allergies from hell. Itchy, scratchy face and runny nose and watery eyes. BLAH. The fat demons are doing their best to keep me down but its not gonna happen. I was out bed so early today DH was like ' whats wrong' hahaha.. I had to remind him I always wake up this early (5am on the dot). Kitchen clean and lunches are made so its time to hit the gym. I hoping to "sweat" it out and maybe clear up some of these allergies before work. Goals for today:
1. log everything , good and bad
2. get my gallon of water in
3. get my gym on
4. remember to take my vitamins/supplements and order my CLA

I hope every one has a wonderful Monday and you meet all your goals!
