yesterday was a weird day...not hungry at all...

breakfast - oatmeal breakfast bars, choc milk
snack - none
lunch - skyline dip with sour cream (please dont yell at me) with triscuits
snack - dark choc
dinner - homemade metts (thats it)(terrible, I know)
dessert - fudgesicle
175.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet The South Beach Diet   losing 1.8 lb a week


Well, todays another day. It appears your graph is still heading downward so you obviously know what needs to be done. You can do it! Best wishes to you!

thanks, somedays you just wonder if it is worth it and then you wake up and weigh one pound less and realize yes it is...
