I weighed myself this morning not expecting to be any less than 188 lbs. Surprisingly I am 185. Which is nice to get started. I had doing well on my mind all day and even made a healthy smoothie, it just seems that the foods we eat in this house for dinner are just not diet friendly. I am trying to make changed. I thought to myself today... not enough hours in the day to get what I want done, yet too many hours in the day to get hungry and eat. Yikes! How do I change my thinking, habits, and life?! I just gotta try!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

well done! maybe a clean out of nasty unhealthy food in your house would be a good idea. if temptation isnt there you wont crave it.

It does seem hard at once, but once you do it its not that tough. I suppose its like quitting smoking or something (I never smoked), but the 1st few weeks are toughest. Once you change and setup a new routine, its easier.

Dont buy junk- makes it easier to not eat it if you have to go out and get it...find a healthy easy alternative meal that you really like to eat and that makes it alot easier as well. I LOVE stir frys- eat it all the time, and its very good for me, very low in fat and carbs if you take it easy on the rice. Its my saving grace!
