Down a Pound! I haven't had much of an appetite and have no sense of taste for the last few days. Definitely helped control my calorie intake. Only worked out for a short while yesterday as I was feeling weak and dizzy. The smoke in the area is affecting a lot of people's well being. The weekend will bring cooler weather and RAIN to wash away the smokey skies!

Its that time of year to either start dumping the deck planters and start cleaning up OR leave 'em be, because they usually tend to perk up with the cool weather. But if I wait too long, and we get a cold snap I will never get them done because I'd rather stay in and curl up by the fire than do end of season cleanup! So, in my forecast, I see yard/garden end of season cleanup! That will free me up for more serious workout time!!!!!!
