Just starting out on Atkins today. How much did you guys lose during induction?

I lost 4 lbs but I only had 25 lbs to lose and I am insulin resistant. Depending on your metabolism, and your starting weight, it is different for everyone. I wish you the best. Let me know if there is anything I can help you with.
